Essential guidance for a safe and effective peel experience

Avoid Sun Exposure

Your skin will be highly sensitive post-peel. Strict avoidance of direct sunlight and mandatory daily use of SPF 50+ is required for at least 4 weeks to prevent hyperpigmentation.

Hydrate Extensively

During the peeling process, your skin will feel tight and dry. Use a gentle, unscented hyaluronic acid serum and a thick repair cream constantly to protect the moisture barrier.

Do Not Pick

Allow the skin to flake off naturally. Pulling or peeling the dead skin prematurely can lead to severe scarring and permanent damage. Let the acid do the work.

Application Steps

Step 1: Prep

Cleanse & Degrease

Thoroughly wash face with a gentle cleanser. Wipe the skin with rubbing alcohol or a prep solution to remove all residual oils. This ensures the acid penetrates evenly.

Step 2: Apply

Apply TCA Solution

Using a gauze pad, apply a thin, even layer of the 15% TCA peel. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. Observe for 'frosting' (a white haze). You may apply a second layer if tolerated.

Step 3: Neutralize

Neutralize & Rinse

Apply a post-peel neutralizer spray or a mixture of baking soda and water to immediately stop the acid. Rinse face thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.

This is a professional-strength chemical peel. Improper use can result in severe burns, scarring, and hyperpigmentation. A patch test is mandatory 24 hours prior to full application. Keep out of reach of children. Contact a medical professional if adverse reactions occur.
TCA 15% is recommended for individuals who have prior experience with lighter chemical peels (like Glycolic or Lactic acid) and are seeking a deeper exfoliation to target persistent acne scars, advanced photoaging, or deep texture issues. It is NOT recommended for first-time peel users or those with highly sensitive skin.

  • You are currently using prescription retinoids (Accutane, Tretinoin) - must stop 6 months prior.
  • You have active cold sores or open facial wounds.
  • You have highly sensitive skin, rosacea, or eczema.
